Among many other projects, they developed Hilton Head Island’s Palmetto Dunes, recently ranked the #1 family resort in the world by Travel + Leisure Family magazine. Greenwood’s current development projects include The Reserve at Lake Keowee in Sunset, SC; The Ponds outside Charleston, SC; Liberty Hill Farms near Camden, SC and Big Canoe outside Atlanta, GA.
