The Greenwood Communities and Resorts acquisition team has been hard at work over the past year, and has identified two exciting new ventures.

In Summerville SC, we have acquired Ponds Plantation, a 2,000 acre parcel at the headlands of the Ashley River, and between Columbia SC and Charlotte NC, we have reserved a 3500 acre parcel on Lake Wateree for a master planned community.
